Taylor: That's a really good question. I've been writing songs and making demos and trying to do this since I was about 12 years old. There were times when I didn't know if I was going to get a record deal, but never once did I ever think, "I should just give this up, this is just not gonna work."

I had people tell me, "Wait — later. We'll sign you to a record deal later." No one ever said to me, "Girl, you cannot do this." I thank God for that. Everybody has feelings and when I read a bad review, you can't help but let it get to you. Thankfully I had a lot of positive people around me. My parents were just so positive and I was able to get though and break through. If you keep a positive attitude, you will have such a better chance of accomplishing things.

Thank you, Taylor Swift, for not giving up! By you not giving up songwriting/singing, you have inspired so many people to continue with their dreams! I agree with you 100%. Never give up on anything!

You have inspired me so much. Me and my twin sister both love you. We write songs, too! Will you ever come to Arkansas? Because if you do, I'll be there, don't worry! So you like Tim Mgraw do you? I'm in 5th grade. I'm so glad you'll read this. Will you talk to me back? Look at my screenname thingy and write. Thanks, Taylor!

I think your music in general is great, it makes me feel like a teenager again when I used to write song too. However, have you ever considered taking voice lessons, I find your live performances lacking vocal stength and clarity, also some intonation problems, I think with some training you could be so great!
