Taylor: That is a really good question. What do I do to balance being a recording artist and just being a teenager? Well I think being a teenager is different for everybody. Everybody has different hobbies and everyone likes different things. I am just so restless, and I have always been up to challenges. I think that's why I like this business so much, is because it is challenge after challenge, and getting the next thing. Getting a gold record and then maybe I could get a platinum record, and all those dreams, you know? Really, the sky is the limit with the music industry. I just love it.So being a teenager, I was in regular high school up until last year. I went to two proms, had the coolest friends in the world and had a great time but there were some things that I didn't really like to do that other teenagers my age like to do. I have never really been a partier. I'm kind of big dork. I was always afraid to go to parties because I was afraid people would be drinking and maybe the cops would show up and I couldn't risk it, I just couldn't. Part of who I am, and trying to be a role model is having responsibility.
I like to hang out with my friends. I love going to the mall. I love doing all that stuff, but part of me is afraid of being a regular teenager [and] making those mistakes because for me there are bigger consequences. If I get in trouble, I get written up in newspapers. I have to constantly be afraid of that. Being a regular teenager to me is just having friends and coming back home every once in a while. I just love being on tour, I really do. It's like me being a soccer player, volleyball player. I am just gone a lot more and I am home schooled.

hey! I'm barb from NC and I'm home schooled too!I'm part of a group and we have prom , and football team cheer squad which I'm on and like. (except some drama and having to work out which takes a while.. ) Do you like being home Schooled? I do! :-D it gets kind of annoying we get the anti-social rap thing but I went to drivers ed at a public school , I went and one day asked a guy and got short awnsers and he walked away.

my favorite song of your would have to be Our Song i know every word and also it's my boyfriend and i (my boyfriend's name is Jeric) we made it our song. I requested it for homcoming and it came on and we slow danced really close. And i repeated every word and he so agreed with it. You really are my role model i want to grow up and sing like you.
I'm already in choir and i got a gold medal in a solo cometition. Also i am getting your album for two resons to help get your tattoo and to listen to my favorie songs over and over. I can't really do that on my computer because my speakers are broken. You inspire me and i love everything about you please don't change. Only YOU know who YOU are.
I have had hard times with boys too. I thought it was hard to trust them then i met Jeirc. I thought TRUE LOVE was only in books then i met Jeric i feel so happy with him. Than You for your song (Our Song) that really did make us get a lot closer..........
