Keith Urban: Hi Hannah. I love that name! That's a good question. I love playing live, obviously, because it's what I've done longer than anything else. It's where I feel real comfortable. But I love recording, too. I can spend a long time in the studio. Songwriting, for me, has always been hard. Well, not always — sometimes, the really blessed ones come quick, which is great. But sometimes it's not easy for me and it doesn't feel natural. But I love when a song comes together. It's an amazing feeling, especially when you're writing with somebody. I can't really pick one out of all of those, and I hope, God willing, I never have to pick one, because I love doing them all.

Hi Keith! I have been so lucky to get to see you perform twice, both in ST. Louis. You are truly amazing! I connect with so many of your songs. God has blessed you with a great talent and I am so glad that you share it with your fans. I love the new CD, and I will be patiently waiting for your next!!!

Hey! I finally got to go to your concert in Atlanta it was a birthday gift. That was by far the best show I have ever been to and I have been to alot of them. I was up dancing the whole time I did not want the show to end. Your energy and that of your band was contagious. I think that all of your songs no matter what they may be about we all can relate to and that is pretty amazing. I hope that you can continue to enjoy writing and singing for a long time. I wish you all the happiness.

Hi Keith,

I have to agree regarding the difficulty of song writing. I use to write lyrics but could not quite hear the music. My daughter writes lyrics and music and struggles putting the two together. It definaltey takes a special talent. But that is just a small part of the big picture, the end result is how it is executed and you do a fine job at that... so no worries! :)

Keith,
It was quite apparent from your performance in Green Bay that you have a complete love for your art. Your lyrics and music, your rapport with the band members and the audience, and your skilled guitar playing portray someone who has a passion for what they do. That passion lended its way to one of the best concerts that I have attended thus far. Keep up the good work, keep it simple.

Hi Keith, I have always listened to your music because it has helped me through some rough times. I finally got to go to one of your shows the other night in Washington DC and I gotta tell you; it was the best. You & your music really inspire me as I truly love music. I hope you always stay true to yourself and continue to sing, write, and play that awesome guitar like you do, for years to come. I hope I will get to go to more of your shows; you will always have a fan who will support you through no matter what.

First, I'd like to say that in Jax on 12/07/07, my 80 year old Mom, my 3 sisters, my brother & I will all see you Live for the first time. From the videos and songs I've seen, you certainly have a wonderful, infectious excitement and joy in your music and live shows. What creates this sharing experience for you? Is it the songs, audience interaction, the rush of performing or a combination thereof? What performers did you look up to when you were younger? Thank you for being a performer others can look up to, as well as appreciate for your talents. I can't wait for the Greatest Hits cd to be out in November.
